Today I published my first QGis Python plugin. It does allow to configure a list of available plugins actions to execute in one click.
It is published in pyqgis contributed repository and the source is developed on My GitHub

QGIS UC25 in Norrköping brought together the global community for a week of collaboration, innovation, and connection. OPENGIS.ch had a strong presence, with keynotes, talks, and the first QField Day, highlighting the power of open-source GIS in action.
