People and ideas come together around open source, with space to exchange, reflect, and collaborate, in an environment that mirrors values that are deeply rooted in our DNA and our close connection to nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Yes, the venue is reached by cable car \ud83d\udea1<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yes, it comes with breathtaking views \u26f0\ufe0f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And yes, there will be plenty of opportunities to hike, bike, fly, or simply enjoy great conversations \ud83d\udeb5\u200d\u2640\ufe0f\ud83e\ude82\ud83d\udeb6\u200d\u2642\ufe0f<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The mountains will not just be a backdrop. They will be part of the conference experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Marco, our CEO and Chair of QGIS.org, puts it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cI\u2019ve never been more excited about a QGIS conference location announcement.
