Ils sont d\u00e9finis par trois points: un point de d\u00e9part, un point final et un point d&rsquo;intersection <em>(ou le centre du cercle)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On les trouve dans:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les ronds-points<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les bifurcations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les donn\u00e9es de planification et de CAO<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La mensuration officielle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les v\u00e9ritables <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\">arcs circulaires <\/mark><\/strong>permettent des analyses plus pr\u00e9cises et de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats lors du traitement ult\u00e9rieur. Sans eux, les syst\u00e8mes SIG doivent souvent diviser les courbes en de nombreux petits segments de ligne <em>(segmentation)<\/em>, ce qui r\u00e9duit la pr\u00e9cision et augmente inutilement le volume des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quel est le<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\"> probl\u00e8me actuel <\/mark>dans QGIS?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Actuellement, QGIS prend en charge les arcs circulaires de mani\u00e8re native, mais <strong>uniquement dans certaines situations<\/strong>. Dans les autres cas, ils sont convertis en courtes s\u00e9quences de segments de ligne, particuli\u00e8rement lorsque les g\u00e9om\u00e9tries sont modifi\u00e9es, coup\u00e9es ou analys\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Plusieurs probl\u00e8mes se cr\u00e9ent:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>R\u00e9sultats impr\u00e9cis<\/strong>: une belle courbe se transforme en une ligne en zigzag.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Perte de qualit\u00e9<\/strong>: il en r\u00e9sulte une d\u00e9gradation de qualit\u00e9 inutile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sources d&rsquo;erreurs<\/strong>: certaines op\u00e9rations spatiales produisent des r\u00e9sultats incorrects car la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie originale n&rsquo;est pas correctement pr\u00e9serv\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand les arcs circulaires sont pr\u00e9serv\u00e9s dans un jeu de donn\u00e9es, mais que dans un autre les m\u00eames donn\u00e9es apparaissent en version segment\u00e9e, des probl\u00e8mes se pr\u00e9sentent rapidement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-videopress\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\" style=\"max-width:472px;margin:auto\">\n<iframe title=\"VideoPress Video Player\" aria-label='VideoPress Video Player' width='750' height='750' src='https:\/\/videopress.com\/embed\/ZzDfFdzJ?cover=1&amp;preloadContent=metadata&amp;useAverageColor=1&amp;hd=0' frameborder='0' allowfullscreen data-resize-to-parent=\"true\" allow='clipboard-write'><\/iframe><script src='https:\/\/v0.wordpress.com\/js\/next\/videopress-iframe.js?m=1739540970'><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quelle biblioth\u00e8que est <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\">responsable?<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La biblioth\u00e8que centrale qui g\u00e8re les calculs g\u00e9om\u00e9triques dans QGIS s&rsquo;appelle <strong>GEOS<\/strong> (<em>Geometry Engine &#8211; Open Source<\/em>). GEOS est extr\u00eamement puissante, mais jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, elle ne peut pas encore traiter compl\u00e8tement les v\u00e9ritables arcs circulaires. Tous les programmes SIG qui utilisent GEOS ont donc <strong>des limitations similaires<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela signifie que si nous am\u00e9liorons la gestion des arcs circulaires dans GEOS, non seulement QGIS en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera, mais aussi <strong>toute la communaut\u00e9 SIG open-source<\/strong>: de PostGIS \u00e0 GDAL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Notre crowdfunding: nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 atteint <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\">plus de la moiti\u00e9!<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me de mani\u00e8re durable, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un projet pr\u00e9liminaire en 2024 et mis en \u0153uvre une premi\u00e8re int\u00e9gration des arcs circulaires dans le mod\u00e8le g\u00e9om\u00e9trique de GEOS. Cette ann\u00e9e, nous voulons aller plus loin et adapter \u00e9galement les algorithmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En avril, nous avons lanc\u00e9 un <strong>financement participatif<\/strong>.
