Matthias Kuhn

Professionally

I love to discuss requirements for use cases and realizing stable and simple solutions based on these. Visionary ideas to push the open source GIS ecosystem to the next level is what I enjoy most and work towards every day. Working in the IT industry since 2000 I have always wanted to find sustainable ways to engineer software. Having the possibility to work with a team of great developers on QGIS is yet another step in this journey. A steady stream of contributions to QGIS since 2011 as well as a strong integration in the community is a good reference that it’s possible to successfully get things done in the highest possible quality. I am happy do discuss your ideas in German, English, French or Spanish.
